In 2019, over 109 million overnight stays were recorded in the tourism sector. In Croatia, vacationers can choose from over 273,000 vacation properties, but with such a large supply of tourist accommodation, challenges also arise for guests and landlords.

The year 2022 has again provided for new records and Croatia continues to be one of the most popular travel destinations. However, the demands of guests are also increasing and it is no longer appropriate to offer accommodation with furniture from the 1980s.

As a landlord you know how important the external appearance and visibility on booking portals and social media is. Your vacation property must be in an attractive and well-maintained condition and achieve a high level of satisfaction among guests, which then translates into good ratings. *Explanation Channel Manager:

A Channel Manager is server-side software that automatically matches and updates data with other channels (booking platforms). Typically, data such as accommodation information, prices, available periods and booking options are updated in real time. This prevents double bookings and aims for the best possible utilization.
