Cleaning & Maintenance

After a long journey there is nothing better than to rest for a short moment in a clean and well-kept apartment/house. Let us together provide your guests with this feel-good moment.

Styling, Quality & Presentation

You want to feel at home and that is why we support you in the design and implementation of your property to make it your oasis of well-being.

Every customer has his individual needs and wishes, therefore we adapt our services optimally to your wishes. You can compile the desired services individually from our service catalog.

BASIC Package

  • 2 detailed inspection of the property from the inside and outside including outbuildings incl. ventilation of the premises
  • Checking windows, doors, lighting for damage, including burglary, water ingress.
  • Test and read electricity and water meters/installations.
  • Draining water from the water pipes to prevent deposits from forming
  • Emptying the mailbox and storing the mail. Forwarding or processing of mail (see additional services).
  • Sending the checklist incl. photo and video report, if necessary recommendations for measures in case of damage
  • Irrigation of plants indoors and outdoors (may involve additional costs for extensive plants).
  • Key storage and issuance (to authorized persons such as tradesmen).
  • Storage of your keys in a vds-certified key safe with security level S1 according to EN 14450
  • In case of emergencies, we are the contact person on site and help with the search for craftsmen and coordination.
  • Emergency service Within 24 hours or as soon as possible (e.g. in case of fire) we visit your property we visit your property and check it for any damage and contact you and contact you immediately by phone
  • Price for a flat/apartment: from 90€ /monthly

  • Postal and payment transactions
    As an extension of our postal service, we handle all payment transactions and administrative activities. Creation of an "object folder" and monitoring of all deadlines. The processing is done via an extra account, so you always have everything in view and do not miss any deadlines.
  • Winter service
    So that you don't have to worry about your property in winter, we will take care of draining all water pipes, packing your plants and furniture safely and taking care of all other activities concerning winter.
  • Garden maintenance
    From regular and thorough cleaning of the outdoor area to watering indoor and outdoor plants. Tailored to your needs.

  • Cleaning service
    We provide thorough interior cleaning of the property before your arrival and after your departure including change of bed linen and window cleaning.
  • Janitorial service
    A small repair here a small repair there or nevertheless a larger renovation - from painting work over floor laying up to installation work: Our craftsmen take care of it professionally.
  • Laundry service
    We are happy to provide professional cleaning of your personal clothing, carpets as well as towels and bed linen.
  • Transfer
    We organize your transfer from/to Split or Zadar airport and ensure a relaxed trip.
  • Purchasing
    We provide a full refrigerator before your arrival and according to your personal requirements.
